Ubwonko bw’umuntu ni igice cy’ingenzi mu mubiri w’umuntu, bukora akazi gakomeye ko kugenzura ndetse no gutanga ubutumwa ku bintu byose bikorerwa mu mubiri ndetse ubwonko ni ububiko bw’ibintu byinshi. 7. Kudakora imyitozo ngoramubiri: Gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri bituma ubwonko buruhuka ndetse bikanasukura umubiri muri rusange. Kubaho udakora sports ni bibi, jya ugerageza byibuze ukore sport nka gatatu mu cyumweru bizagufasha kubungabunga ubwonko bwawe.
